1. Please do NOT alter the graphics in anyway. If you want something changed, just email me!
2. DO NOT use my graphics on any site that supports or exploits hatred, violence, pornography, or racism
3. All Graphics and Clip Art are copyrighted by Hattie's Workshop. with all rights reserved.
4. You MAY add text to blank buttons, banners, etc. but that is it.  You may use them on your website however they can NOT be used in the design of other peoples websites.
5. When you purchase a graphic, you may use them for your web page, your print ads, business cards, etc. The only thing we ask is that you do not reproduce them and sell them and that proper credit be given with a link back to this site.

6. They can NOT be purchased by web designers who resell them or provide them to their clients.

7. Graphics may NOT be reproduced and given away or sold. Graphics from our Graphic Collections or FREE Graphics can not be used to create other graphics (banners, logos, sets, etc.). If you like a particular graphic from one of our collections and want a banner or logo created, please contact us

8. You many use my free graphics, and backgrounds.  You can mix and match them, if desired.  DO NOT link directly to my graphics.  Please download to your own hard drive!   

9. DO NOT claim my graphics as your own

10. Digitized embroidery design files or applique patterns for sale much register as a Digitized user!

11. COMMERCIAL purposes, (This means that you will make money in any shape or form from my graphics, You will need to Register as a Commercial User of my Graphics.  The cost is a one-time fee of $50.00.  This fee dose not purchase any graphic. Those are separate to purchase.

Your privacy is very important to us!  We will not sell, give out your information with anyone unless the following applies

We may give out your information if it is necessary to protect our legal rights, if related to actual or threatened harmful conduct, or Hattie's Workshop has belief that such action is necessary to conform to the requirements of the law or comply with governmental orders, court orders, or legal process served on Hattie's Workshop or to protect and defend the property or rights of users of its website or the public. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk protection.
