Digitizing Terms

Digitizing users must register if you wish to use any of my graphics for items for embroider. I do require a copyright notice for my images which reads "Images copyright © 2006 Hattie's Workshop"

Your registration includes:

1. This registration fee of $25.00 entitles you to sell my designs other forms than .bmp You will need to convert them to the various embroidery forms yourself. 

2. But you MAY NOT sell my graphics themselves in any way. Only the items you put the graphics onto.

3. I do not digitize graphics! You much convert them yourself!

4. You may re-size graphic if need be!

5. No creating banners, auction templates, web sites (need to register under the web designer in order to do this) !
